What to expect at Branches of Christ

If you came to visit Branches on a Sunday morning or a Wednesday night, what would you experience? Well, you'd certainly see us as we really are. We want to be real, genuine, and sincere with everyone, week in and week out. We don't want to sell you anything or talk you into something. We won't tell you what you must believe, but we will show you what the Bible says. We won't ask you to stand up, speak up, or sign up. In fact, you'll have to ask someone if you want to "buck up" because we won't pass the offering plate.

A Warm and Casual Atmosphere. We don't have any pews or statues, and we don't even own an organ. Our people are friendly, but not "in your face". You'll meet some people in suits, some in jeans, and all points in between. Our worship team doesn't wear robes, and the preacher wears cowboy boots.

Dynamic Worship. Our worship team leads us into time with God in passionate, personal, and authentic worship. Many of our musicians are former professional singers and instrumentalists, but now they strive to play for an audience of One. We sing new choruses, old hymns with a new feel, and original praises.

Conversational Preaching. Our Senior Pastor works hard to show the Bible for what it is: inspired, unified, and relevant. He preaches just like he talks, as if we were just having a conversation about God over coffee. His passion for the Word of God is clearly seen in both the way he talks about it and what he brings out of it.

Intimate Reflection, Communion, and Prayer. Following the sermon we have an intimate time with God in prayer and consecration. Each week we don't pass the plate, but we do pass Christ. We offer the observance of the Lord's Supper to all.
