Cleaning Schedule

Rather than pay for someone to clean the BOC building, we have a rotating schedule of great volunteers who sacrifice some of their time to make sure our facility is ready for company every Sunday morning.

Volunteers , below you'll find the schedule for when it's your turn to clean. You can choose to clean any day after Wednesday evening service. You may find it helpful to download the cleaning checklist to see what needs to be done. Also, check out the new chair arrangement. Remember, if you discover that a given cleaning supply is running low, make a note for Angie Thein.


July 1-3 - Birdsong / Brock
July 8-10 - Tidy Bowlers

Aug. 5-7 - Everett / B Wigginton

Auditorium Setup

We have added some more chairs to the auditorium to accomidate the recent influx of new visitors. Below is the chair chart that will help you know how to set up the room after you're finished cleaning. The chairs with a P have a pocket for the Chair Cards.

Right Center section: 12 rows with 6 chairs each.
Left Center section: 12 rows with 5 chairs each.
Left section (facing the stage): First 2 rows have 5 chairs each, next 5 rows have 6 chair each, then 1 row of 5, 1 row of 5 and one row of 4. In front of the sound booth is 2 pink chairs and 2 office chairs.
Right section (facing the stage): First 2 rows have 5 chairs each, next 4 rows have 6 chairs each, then 2 rows of 5, 2 rows of 6 and the last row has 4 chairs.
Communion tables: 1 against the left wall behind the front column, and 1 against the right wall behind the front column, 1 against the right wall in front of the back column and 2 in front of the sound booth.
